The RVR90 skin challenge is a professionally guided skincare journey which helps clients achieve their best skin within 90 days.

We caught up with Skin Specialist and Director of Beautique Skin and Beauty Clinic, Lisa Byrne, to discuss how RVR90 has impacted both her business and her clients lives.

Hi Lisa congratulations on winning two RVR90 awards in 2020. What does the RVR90 campaign mean for you?

Thank you, RVR90 is a fantastic opportunity for us as skin therapists to demonstrate the results that can be achieved in a short space of time with the correct prescription of homecare and for our clients to be part of a global challenge to transform a concern they want to address under our guidance.

How has this campaign impacted your client’s lives?

All our entrants from last year have had life changing skin results. We had many entries and as you know 2 of them went on to be chosen as Irelands winners of the challenge by Dr Geoffrey,founder of Ultraceuticals. Winning meant a years supply of free product for the client but the real win for everyone is the confidence and knowledge the challenge brought to give the participants the healthiest skin they could possibly have.

What are your top 3 favourite Ultraceuticals products?

This is a hard one, one of my first interests when researching the brand was their unique delivery systems particularly in the Ultra ASkin Perfecting Serum. I find this to be far superior to any other vitamin a Serum on the market. The Ultra Brightening Serum has got phenomenal results with so many of our clients and is a staple in many people’s routine. Finally, the Ultra UV Protective Day Cream SPF which has 3 different options, Mattifying, hydrating or sheer tint. The non-whitening formula is so easy to apply, sits beautifully on the skin whilst giving complete protection. What is your best skin tip?

My best skin tip is always taking a progressive not aggressive approach. We always start a skin journey with a baseline prescription to be sure the barrier of the skin is supported and strong before we add in our active treatment products. Always get guidance from a skincare professional and do not follow trends. Skincare is based on science and is so individual to each person and their concerns.

What is the most common questions client’s ask you as a Skin Specialists?

Thankfully in recent years people have become much more skin savvy and now know the importance of a professional skin homecare routine in their everyday life. We get asked quiet Alot about how often our Ultraceuticals clinical treatments need to be carried out for results to be achieved and again the answer is this will be different for everyone depending on their skin concern.

Most people do not realise that a consistent prescribed homecare routine under the guidance of a skin professional will get you 80% of your overall results with clinical treatments boosting and enhancing this, the results with the RVR90 skin challenge are proof of this as it is done on homecare only.
