This week the BeautifulJobs team spoke to Robyn Ree, the new addition at The Skin Nerd, by founder Jennifer Rock. Robyn reveals her new exciting role as Digital Marketing Intern and her responsibilities at the Skin Nerd HQ.
Roby shares “After recently finishing a BSc in Multimedia, I was eager to dive straight into the world of media. Maria from BeautifulJobs gave me interview and CV tips, and when I needed it; confidence, to interview for a digital marketing position at The Skin Nerd. I was chosen for the position after two rounds of interviews and have not looked back since. “
She adds, “While it was nerve wrecking going into a new position, the Nerd Team made me feel straight at home. Working with such a strong group of women has inspired me to push my limits, and improve myself with the content I am producing. My main responsibility is managing the social media content for the two companies; The Cleanse Off Mitt and The Skin Nerd. This means designing graphics, taking photographs, and producing videos that will engage and ultimately grow The Skin Nerd’s audience. With the release of the Online Consultation Service, the workload has been large and required me to expand my skills to areas such as customer service and IT administration. The experience has been fast moving and there is never a dull moment in Nerd HQ. I am excited to help this company to grow even bigger and improve my skills along the way.”
