●        1 cup of almond flour

●        1 teaspoon baking soda

●        Pinch Salt

●        ½ ripe banana, mashed

●        2 eggs

●        ¼ cup almond milk

●        2 teaspoons vanilla extract

●        1-2 tablespoons ghee

●        2 tablespoons almond butter (optional)


●        In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.

●        In a separate bowl, whisk the mashed banana, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.

●        Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until smooth.

●        Preheat a frying pan on medium-low heat and add the ghee.
