This rock star ingredient is an oil-soluble exfoliating acid, which means that it can dissolve oil and dead skin cells in our pores to help prevent congestion such as blackheads, whiteheads, lumps and bumps. It also assists our skin’s natural exfoliation process and regulates the over-production of oil as you sleep so when you wake up, you are ready to glow!
Sally Cleanse is also effective for Hoomans® with keratosis pilaris (chicken skin) on their body. It’s worth noting that Sally Cleanse is not suitable for sensitive skin, and we always recommend that you to do a patch test first and not to use this product during pregnancy. To use, pump a coin-sized amount of cleanser into wet palms and massage into the face using firm, circular, outwards motions. After 60 seconds, rinse and remove with hands or using our firm favourite, the Cleanse Off Mitt®. We also suggest using Sally Cleanse once every 3 nights because salicylic acid is a powerful active ingredient that should be used in moderation to support healthy skin.
A Skingredients top tip – did you know that Sally Cleanse can also be used as a micro-mask? Apply a thin layer of Sally Cleanse after a first cleanse, leaving it on the skin for 2 minutes before removing
